Press and hold to wind it, and where it lands is pure arithmetic on how long you held, no dice, no chance, the receipt on the ticket proves it. And then you'll press "Spin again (we both know why)" anyway, because the wheel was never really deciding dinner, it was helping you find out what you didn't want.
